Brian Tarsis
Brian Tarsis is an American fetish artist, working for bondage and fetish magazines. His first bondage illustrations were for the Harmony Concepts company in 1984. He switched to the House of Milan and its parent company London Video in 1990, and moved to B&D Pleasures in 1996.
