In its second edition, this years festival will pay a tribute to EXPRMNTL., a long gone festival Hors Normes founded by Jacques Ledoux, who also established the name and fame of the Royal Belgian Film Archive in Brussels. This experimental festival shook the foundations of the Casino of Knokke, a Belgian bourgeois coastal town where it was held in the years 1963-1967-1974.
