Definition
Low budget is, as the name suggests, a budget with only a small amount of money available for use. Alternatively, it can be used to describe produce and productions (notable films) which were created with little funding available, and is often used in a desparaging way to say that something was of poor quality. --http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low_Budget [Apr 2006]
