   Karl Lagerfeld had Vive la Fete [Danny Mommens (Deus Bass Player) and Els Pynoo]play at his presentation of the Fall 2002 Chanel collection in Paris. Quite the fashion imprimateur for this little pop band. But they deserve the spotlight. Their mix of Gainsbourg-esque French and 80's new wave synth pop is super cool. If you like Air, Blondie, Human League or the Cars, chances are you will dig this. Just listen with tons of attitude. P.S.
